PayClimb does not require an account, display advertising, or use third-party analytics or cross-app tracking.
Information stored on your device
PayClimb stores your selected IT-AI role, current and target level, learning progress, quiz results, language, and reminder preferences on your device. This information lets you continue the roadmap where you stopped. Deleting the app may remove this local information.
Learning content
The app downloads lesson packages over an encrypted connection. A request for lesson content may include standard technical connection information such as IP address, request time, and app version. It does not include your quiz answers or local learning history.
AI Coach
AI Coach is optional. When you tap the send button, PayClimb sends the answer you wrote together with the selected practice prompt, language, current role, target role, and learning goal to an AI processing service so it can return practice feedback. PayClimb does not send your contacts, photos, files, precise location, or device advertising identifier with that request.
Practice answers are not used by PayClimb for advertising or to make salary, hiring, promotion, or employment decisions. Operational services are configured not to log the text of practice requests. An AI processing provider may retain limited request information for service security and abuse monitoring under its processing terms.
Notifications
Study reminders are scheduled locally on your device. PayClimb does not upload your reminder schedule.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell personal information. We do not share learning data with advertisers or data brokers. AI practice content is shared only for the purpose of generating the feedback you request.
Your choices
- Use daily lessons and the roadmap without sending an AI answer.
- Turn study reminders on or off at any time.
- Reset local progress from the app settings or remove the app.
- Avoid entering confidential employer or personal information in AI Coach.
Children
PayClimb is designed for people preparing for or working in IT and is not directed to children under 13.
