Check that the device is online, then reopen PayClimb and tap Retry. The app downloads the current lesson package only when it is needed.

Progress looks different
Progress follows the selected current role, target role, and goal. Open settings to confirm the Software Engineering path and the levels you selected.
A study reminder did not appear
Open the roadmap tab, turn the reminder off and on, then allow notifications in iOS Settings if the system asks for permission.
AI Coach cannot send an answer
Make sure the answer field is not empty and the device is online. Avoid pasting confidential employer or personal information. If the service is busy, wait briefly and try again.
Before reporting a problem
Include the PayClimb version shown in TestFlight or iOS Settings, the screen where the issue happened, and the exact message you saw. Never include passwords, company secrets, customer data, or other confidential information.
For beta builds, use Send Beta Feedback in TestFlight. That sends the report to the PayClimb development team through Apple. You can also review our privacy policy.
